This is great news! Not only that the cat is out of the bag on the reality of atmospheric and weather tampering, but that a government is functioning and doing something about it. It brings hope based on reality!
In 1964 when I was in grade 4, I would ride my bike up #3 RD to Vancouver International Airport, in Richmond, British Columbia. I would park in the sand dunes at the edge of the runway, lie down and watch the planes landing, I have always liked technology and trying to figure out how things work. I have always looked up at the sky to see what's goin on up there. The sky was always a beautiful caerulean blue.
